Free Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order amount.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days after shipment. Delivery times may occasionally vary because of your location, carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
Orders with more than one item may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@getorvexa.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will try to update it before your order ships.
