Product overview
A manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor for a wide range of GM trucks, vans, SUVs and cars. It measures intake manifold pressure so the engine computer can calculate engine load and set fuel and spark timing. A rough idle, hesitation, black smoke, poor fuel economy or a check engine light are common signs of a failing MAP sensor.
