A dual radiator cooling fan assembly with shroud and control module for Toyota and Lexus models with the 3.5L V6. It pulls air through the radiator to keep the engine at the right temperature, mostly at idle and in slow traffic. Overheating in traffic, a fan that does not spin, or weak A/C at idle are common signs of a failing fan.
