A 2-pin automatic transmission speed sensor with O-ring for Ford trucks, vans and SUVs. It reads output speed so the transmission computer can time the shifts and the speedometer reads correctly. Harsh or erratic shifting, a speedometer that drops out or a check engine light are common signs of a failing speed sensor.
